Trello board

Creating the board

To ensure effective planning and organization for our group project, we created a Trello board and assigned each member a specific role. This approach helped us clearly define responsibilities from the beginning, making it easier for everyone to understand what was expected of them. By having all tasks and roles outlined in a single shared space, each group member can easily access the board, monitor progress, and stay updated on the project's overall development.

Using Trello also improved our communication and collaboration, as it allowed us to track who was responsible for each task and the stage of each project part. Assigning distinct roles prevented confusion and overlap, ensuring that no two people were working on the same task unnecessarily. It also encouraged accountability, as each member could take ownership of their assigned responsibilities and contribute more effectively to the group’s success.

Additionally, the Trello board's visual layout made it easier to organize tasks into categories such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Completed.” This helped us manage our time more efficiently and ensured we met deadlines. Overall, using Trello as a planning tool streamlined our workflow, reduced misunderstandings, and supported better teamwork throughout the project.
