Meeting number 10
Wednesday 15th April

Planning
For meeting number 9, which was our second last meeting, we focused on planning how we would bring all aspects of our game together into a complete and functional final product. This meeting was particularly important, as it marked the transition from development and individual tasks into the final stages of organization, integration, and completion. We discussed how each part of the project would connect, ensuring that all elements such as the map design, gameplay mechanics, and overall structure would work smoothly together.

Research process
During this meeting, each group member began researching different aspects of what would be required to successfully complete the game. We divided these areas based on our roles, allowing everyone to focus on a specific part of the project in more depth. For example, some members looked into technical requirements and implementation, while others focused on design elements, user experience, or testing processes. This approach ensured that all key areas were covered and that no important details were overlooked.

We also used this time to identify any gaps in our work and address potential challenges before the final stage. By researching and gathering the necessary information, we were able to better understand what still needed to be done and how we could efficiently complete the remaining tasks. This helped us create a clearer plan for our final meeting and ensured that we were well-prepared to finish the project on time.
