Map development
I continued to develop the third layer of our map, focusing on adding a high level of detail to enhance both the visual quality and overall player experience. This stage was particularly important, as it brought more depth and realism to the environment, making the map feel more complete and immersive. I carefully considered the placement of different elements to ensure that the design remained consistent with the theme of the game while also supporting smooth gameplay.

Addition of props
By adding a variety of props and environmental features, I created a more visually engaging space that felt dynamic rather than empty or repetitive. These details, such as objects, textures, and smaller decorative elements, helped to break up large areas and made the map more interesting for players to explore. This not only improved the aesthetic appeal but also contributed to a more realistic and believable game world.

Overall look
Additionally, the inclusion of props played a functional role in gameplay. They provided visual cues, helped guide player movement, and in some cases could be used strategically within the game. This balance between visual design and gameplay functionality ensured that the map was not only attractive but also practical to play on.
Overall, developing the third layer with a strong focus on detail significantly improved the map's look and feel. It enhanced immersion, supported gameplay mechanics, and helped create a more polished and professional final product.
